I have purchased and installed the lowrance elite 7ti with totalscan transducer.
Lowrance side scan not working.
Have 2 other lowrance units in my boat.
My guess is you have a transducer where the xid is not working properly.
The work around would be to.
They all show the same thing as the hds10 at my console.
High chirp or 200khz higher frequencies display a higher resolution image making it easy to discern fish from structure or.

All gps and basic sonar work fine from all three hds units in the boat.
The side scan allows you to see that the fish is toward the side.
